PLANNING: STOP MOTION
Today I explored new software, iStopMotion, using a webcam to take shots then editing using 'onion skinning'. The project was to make a production company ident for our imaginary company SpeedMedia.
After feedback, we were pleased with the results but decided that the ident would have more impact with sound, so we have create a new version with some sound effects on it. As we don't have a huge variety of sound effects available to us the sounds don't really match the movements of the car, but it is the best we can do for now.

Your work in iStopMotion was imaginative and effective. You produced an experimental Production Company ident in which the visuals complemented the company name.
ReplyDeleteThe sound adds greatly to the finished product! Well done.
